Through extensive discussions with overseas headquarters and China engineering/manufacturing chiefs, we evaluated various options to ensure customer priority and smooth transfer while minimizing cash investments.

We evaluated the financial model of the US parent of a China venture producing chemical and special materials and developed a business plan based on actual China costs to assess the project's financial viability with special attention to optimizing working capital management to meet the demand of high sales growth.
